Leaving Istanbul in the middle of winter in thick clothes and landing in Bali’s heat, communicating with the guide right away was truly a lifesaver. At the VIP airport استقبال, the Turkish-speaking assistant explained the visa and baggage procedures one by one, taking all the stress away. Even during check-in at the 4-star hotel in Seminyak, they stayed by my side and explained every detail in simple language, from room decorations to breakfast hours. When I moved to the villa surrounded by nature in Ubud, the private driver helped keep the daily plan flexible; they listened patiently to where I wanted to go and at what time, and they deliberately avoided busy hours. What I liked most about the guide was that instead of constantly talking, they gave short bits of information at the right moments and then let me relax; especially during temple visits, they explained the cultural rules and showed quiet spots for taking photos. One small drawback was that one day the restaurant chosen for lunch was more crowded than expected, so getting the food took a bit longer, but they informed me in advance and also explained alternatives. Overall, even though I was traveling alone, thanks to the Turkish-speaking assistant I could reach 24/7, I never once felt alone in a foreign country.

Last weekend we booked this honeymoon package at the very last minute, and since we brought the kids with us, transportation was the part I was most worried about. The VIP welcome upon arrival in Bali really helped; we got through quickly without waiting in the passport line, and the kids weren’t too overwhelmed either. We were taken directly to the hotel in Seminyak by private car, our driver was the same person every day and was never late, and they had also arranged a child seat. On the day we transferred to Ubud, they even carried the luggage themselves, and we just took care of the kids. The only small downside was that lunch breaks sometimes ran 20–30 minutes later than planned, and waiting in the heat with the kids was hard, but overall the transportation and organization were very comfortable. Being able to explore without rushing in the summer heat was a great convenience.

Muhteşem. Even though it was autumn, the weather in Bali was warm and humid, which was a bit tiring for my mother and father, but the private chauffeured car made things much easier. At the hotel in Seminyak, our favorite breakfast was freshly cut mango and a lightly spicy omelet, which we looked forward to every day. Having lunch included on the program days eliminated extra expense worries; only one day did the orders at the restaurant arrive quite late. In the villa surrounded by nature in Ubud, while we were having our coffee by the pool in the late afternoon, getting instant answers to all our questions via WhatsApp with a Turkish-speaking assistant put our minds at ease. This support was especially valuable when traveling with family.

At dusk, as leaves fell into the small pool at the villa in Ubud, only the sound of rain and our conversation filled the silence; that was when I fell in love with the tour. The breakfast line at the 4-star hotel in Seminyak was a bit long, but the Turkish assistant responded to every question within minutes on WhatsApp.

Especially our three nights in a villa with a small pool, surrounded by nature in Ubud, were the best part of the trip for our group of friends; the evening coolness and silence were very nice. We only had to wait a little at check-in at the hotel in Seminyak.
